Late Arrivals
Please call if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.
Luxe Salon and Spa CANCELLATION Policy
At Luxe, your appointments are very important to our team. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, which is why we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed via text or email 48 hours in advance, because we know it can be easy to forget appointments booked weeks or months prior.
Please understand that last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave us with open appointment times that could have been offered to other clients on our waitlist. When you cancel without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to serve others.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at 603-488-1297 as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
