Late Arrivals
Please call if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.
Luxe Salon and Spa CANCELLATION Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Luxe team members. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24- hour notice for cancellations. Our appointments are confirmed via text or email 48 hours in advance because we know it easy to forget an appointment booked months prior. Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please contact the salon via email or call 603-488-1297. Guests who cancel their appointments without providing proper notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment. Guests who do not show up for their appointments will be charged 100%.
